I am a bubbly water/seltzer fanatic, esp on DDs... they fill me up! And for some reason I can drink much more of it than regular H20.

I don't know if you've tried the new Polar Seltzer summer flavors??? Unsweetened essences.. but so great.. Ginger Lemonade & Mint Mojito are my current faves!!!

I forgot about the sparkling water...I am also a big fan of it! I really have a hard time with flat water unless it's doctored up with citrus or cucumber or something.

Genevieve, whenever I hear a wonderful recommendation like yours, I check your address. US. For some reason, we get none of the good stuff in Canada. I always race out to the grocery store - I'll do that again- and find nada. Thanks, nonetheless. I can try fresh mint in mine. That'll be delicious.

This is the only thing I dislike about being Canadian. We often miss out on the best specialty products. That being said, we have many of our own.

oh man.. well even specialty seltzer did not do the trick today.

experiencing my first TOM on JUDDD... was doing ok all day, except for VERY hungry, when usually on DDs Im totally fine. i finally gave into the concept of going with my 35% goal instead of my 20%.

then my husband came home and was all "lets go out to dinner!" and i rode off into the sunset and off the wagon with him, lol.

im not gonna beat myself up too seriously though, cuz an off the wagon day for TOM resulting in about 1200 calories? off of JUDDD it would have been like 3,000 at least. i think im just gonna consider it a midday, then go right back into my cycle.

Today was the first down day where I didn't feel hunger. I haven't had dinner yet (West Coast + late work). I'm doing fine though. I'll be happy with a light soup and a 50 calorie coconut milk fudge bar.

WOE: Was HcG, now Atkins 72
Start Date: July, 2010/July 2012
L: chopped salad with 4 slices turkey pepperoni, 1tb ff cheese
S: miracle rice with 3oz chicken breast and 1 laughing cow
D: miracle noodles with spinach & 1 laughing cow
S: mini micro popcorn
450 Cals

I have a Soda Stream and drink plain fizzed water constantly. I usually take a liter to work (along with an iced Zen tea), and drink another after work. They make flavors to put in, but I don't like the mouth feel. I do add a slice of fruit or herb leaf now and then. Plain is good though.
