I bet 600-700 will continue to work for you because of your exercise. You're well within weight loss category on those down day calories if you include exercise in the calculator. I agree you definitely should not suffer, because you're right ... you can only suffer for just so long.

I so hope you are right, Chris! I would be in heaven if 600-700 could be my regular thing. And to only eat to the point of not being hungry anymore on UD's.

We shall see.
