So many more losses than just two pounds though:

~ I lost inches, so clothes are fitting better

~ I lost the guilt of eating higher calorie or higher carb foods--and YUM--fruits and veggies

Not really minding that I am losing slowly, just sooooo happy to not be gaining with all the summer yummies around!

This is exactly how I have felt since beginning JUDDD. Yes, it is slow, but I keep telling everyone JUDDD IS STEADY LOSSES!

nada - actually gained a pound but TOM is here so it is likely a timing issue.

I usually go from the first of the month to the first of the following month, so I won't have that number until tomorrow.

No loss this morning, so it stands at 5.8 pounds in July. I'm pleased with that. If I can replicate those losses in August, I will be firmly in Onederland, which I had hoped to achieve by September 21st.

We just started it last month (June).

Although...ahem...in that thread, I asked everyone to add up ALL the weight as they went!!! But not everyone was super-keen to do math!!!

Started at 149.6, ended at 144.2= 5.4 lbs lost in July.

Weight lost in July: 6.8 pounds
Weight lost since starting JUDDD on 7/11: 5.5 (includes a vacation!)
Total weight lost: 16.9

July 1 weight: 263.6
July 11 JUDDD start weight: 262.3
Aug 1 weight: 256.8

Declaring only a three-pound loss even tho' my low was five....dang bounce. And a three inch loss in measurements, so I guess I'm happy with that...oh well, setting a goal for August of five pounds (and hope for eight)

Fantastic about the tape measure, I am all about the inches lost!! I feel better in my clothes and that makes me happy, I don't carry my scale around all day after all!
