Okay, enjoy the yoghurt and save the strawberries. Use the strawberries later instead of your snack?

Replace the Lean Cuisine with soup, or a Miso soup (25 Cals) and lots of veggies, cooked or raw with that Low Cal ranch.

Then dinner should be fine.

I have mostly eggs on DD's. 75 calories each.
I do the opposite of most folks. I eat more calories for breakfast and very little for dinner. Broth cubes are 5 calories each and that is my DD dinner many times.
Thin turkey slices wrapped around a pickle spear is 80 calories for three slices for lunch most days.. Many options to fit the individual.

That sounds good. I have a variety of things now that I think, *think* I can manage for my first DD day. Wish me luck!

Librarygirl.... I can't really believe that this will be your first DD.

Seems to me you have been a JUDDD BUDDD for so long. You have been teetering on the brink for a while now. Jump right on in, the water's lovely.

Snack- peeled cukes with vinegar and seasoned salt - 30ish?

I don't have a lot of JUDDD experience, just in my third week of this, but I personally also do better if I save most of my DD food until late in the day, and have just a couple of coffee with 1 T. cream for breakfast. Then I have lean protein (chicken breast, shrimp, or boiled egg) possibly a low carb veggie (radishes, celery) starting around 4 pm, and maybe have some fat (coconut butter) if I get very hungry late at night and can't sleep. When I ate early in the day on a DD, it didn't seem to prevent hunger later--rather it triggered more hunger than if I hadn't eaten at all.

And I'm one who does better with 40-50 calorie minimeals from 10am til 7pm. The only way of DD eating that doesn't trigger an UD binge for me.
