This will mark my second week of JUDDD.

All I have had today so far is 2 cups of coffee w coffeemate and water.

I had a whole plan of attack for the day, but I have not experienced any hunger whatsoever yet... which is just shocking, so Im going with it.

When I do get hungry Ill be able to eat something within range pretty darn easily.

This just gets easier as it goes along, huh?

YES! That is the amazing Sirt-1 and it truly takes the pain out.

Its just so crazy to go from someone who could not stop thinking about food and was constantly hungry to just being like "eh"? in 2 weeks time.
