L - pasta salad 410c
S - protein granola bar 190c (if needed)
D - GF Pizza, no clue of the calories and probably some wine!

B - 2 eggs +2 egg whites, coffee with 1 T HWC
L - watermelon, cantaloupe
D - zucchini, ground meat and spaghetti sauce, cantaloupe
I have a zillion cantaloupes and watermelons to eat my way through. Wish me luck since I can only work on them every other day.

I haven't had a *good* UD all week! So, today's the day. I know I'm having pizza (750 cal.) for dinner but I need to figure out lunch. I'm thinking some sort of stir fry with sprouted rice. But I also have a hankering for a bowl of granola cereal with blueberries on top......something I rarely eat since losing weight. Hmmmm, I might be able to figure out how to have it all....I could cut the pizza to half that amount and have the cereal for 'dessert'.

Okay.....I figured it out. I'm having 3 meals today, something I rarely do.

Breakfast: granola cereal with blueberries and a small cup of coffee with coconut sugar and half & half

Lunch: Turkey bacon club sandwich, sweet potato chips

Dinner: Kashi Pizza

Today we're celebrating a birthday at work and one of the gals is making a Peanut Butter Cup Brownie Cake or some such thing, a recipe out of Pampered Chef (that I can't find today) but yesterday I found it and there are like 500 calories in one serving... brownies, marshmallows, peanut butter & peanut butter cups... mmmmm! I think that's the only thing I KNOW I'm having -- maybe I'll have 3 servings and call it good for the day!!

D: Amy Lu chicken burger panini. I need a side item, maybe tots or chips. Have to hit the store today.

All I know so far is breakfast/lunch (eaten at noon) was a bagel thin with whipped cream cheese.

I waited a while and just had a late lunch. 6 inch sub 350 calories.

Not sure about dinner. Will have to be reasonable since I indulged this morning.

The cake was wonderful... one of those where after each bite, an unexpected "mmmmm" came out of my throat!!!! I only had a small piece at work and brought one home for DH, and we split it. But still, I think it was about 700 calories total!! Oh, and we had a burger and fries for dinner -- and a diet Coke!!

JUDDD...

Snack: fruit salad

Not pleased with myself today `cause I gained 2 lbs! I forgot that after 2 weeks of being on JUDDD thaqt your calories go up. Need to figure this out. I`m probably eating wrong or something. Any suggestions or comments would be very much appreciated!!!

Your calories don't change after two weeks.

Make sure you're using the correct calories from the website, you're measuring and counting everything, and you should be fine.
