**UD Thursday.

There will be fiber. I don't know exactly what the day will bring; but, I have every intention of fiber loading today.

So, I have some Fiber One muffins and brownies. I have some flax cookie dough in the freezer. Lunch will definitely involve a high fiber/LC tortilla....probably chicken quesadillas. For dinner I'm thinking chili with lots of beans, veggies and maybe even some ww pasta added in for good measure. If that doesn't do me in for the day I might make some flax brownies or popcorn. The only thing I can say for certain is that today there will be fiber. lol

Is it your UD? Do you have a plan?

B: Plain bagel w/cream cheese and 2 eggs on top (620)
L: My artichoke stuff (marinated artichokes, red onion, garlic, tomatoes, parmesan, and mayo on sourdough bread - 1 1/2 pieces) and cherries (I forgot my cheesestick for protein ), so adding half of this homemade protein bar (dates, protein powder, sunflower butter, almonds, macadamias, dried cranberries, rice crispies, and chocolate chips! ) (Need to figure cals)
D: Same as L.
S: 3 squares of chocolate (200)

Maybe glass of wine! (130)

Ballet tonight! Did body pump and a 25 min cardio workout yesterday. I the Nike, Inc. App!

Lovely ud hooray. And as Ive got tonsillitis AGAIN I'm going to make the most of it before it gets to painful to eat!

Ugh...hope you feel better soon! I had mine out at 28 years old...best thing I ever did! Not going to lie and say it wasn't painful...it was... But, now it !

I used to have tonsillitis a LOT my whole life. When I found out in my late 30's that I was allergic to wheat and I eliminated it from my diet, my tonsil problems ceased. Just an idea to explore.

Feel better, Vikki! I remember you weren't feeling well a week or more ago. Enjoy your meals!

adi, good for you eliminating your allergen.

Had an almost exact 600 DD yesterday, so I'm happy about that. The salmon, from the local whole foods store's "deli", was so nice and reasonably priced that we are going to purchase again and serve it to company this weekend.

Today
Breakfast - 1/2 banana
Lunch - Taco Bell Chicken Gordita and maybe an extra taco this time!
Supper - Unknown delights!

I was doing really well today. I was hungrier than usual because TOM is here but I was still doing really well. I even worked out! Then, something happened that really upset me, and I binged... on peanut butter. I literally sat with the jar and ate and ate and cried. This probably isn't the thread to post this but *sigh* I just needed to vent.

Ugh, I literally feel sick now. Really really disappointed in myself.

Awww hun, don't be so sad. It happens! I promise. You just get right back on the horse with a good DD tomorrow and you will feel great!

With JUDDD...tomorrow is a new day.

I had a frustrating and HOT day today. So I know I am dehydrated and tired....but I think I am pretty well done eating for the day.

B- bagel thin and LC cheese triangle
L- chicken salad on a croissant, chips, pickles, watermelon and a cookie (it was a picnic!)
D- lots of fluid and maybe some of that leftover watermelon.
I am glad to say tomorrow is a DD (funny how I look forward to them now) crazy, I know

You picked a pretty good food - peanut butter has its flaws, but it's nutritious!

Well, my Gordita was good, but my husband wanted us to have the cinnamon twists (which he always has liked) for a dessert, and they were horrible. A truly bad, bad taste - something was wrong. He went online and told them about it. Gee, I eat fast food, or even any restaurant food, so seldom! LOL, you'd think I wouldn't run into this!
