Bonjour, mes amis!

1/2 apple
1.5-egg omelet with veggies, in coconut oil
sweet potato w coconut oi & maybe a little butter
BIG Salad w a little salmon

btw, my "1.5 egg omelet" is not dried eggs or separating whites, or anything like that. It's just that my hens lay smaller eggs than most grocery stores lay. So, two of mine wouldn't equal what an online calorie calculator thinks.

B= boiled egg and two strips micro bacon
L= chicken, coleslaw & LC but if that doesn't reheat well...leftover taco soup which always gets better in fridge.
D= grilled chicken salad
S= flax MiM

If I have a good day completely on plan I sometimes have a 9 carb Hershey's Special Dark for a midnight snack. If I have a handful of nuts or some peanut butter, I will skip the chocolate.

It is the only way I've been able to cook chicken perfectly every time. It always comes out tender and moist. It is amazing!

Ok, so lunch got moved to dinner. Lunch is a chicken/veggie/bean chimi filling without the tortilla and guacamole. Also 1 oz of pom juice with sparkling water. YUM.

OMG this was soooo gooood!

DD Apple Pie! (Serves 2 people, 206 calories for 1/2 the recipe)

Put 150 grams of peeled diced apple in a bowl with a little cinnamon and sweetener, cover it and microwave it for 3 minutes. Let sit until everything else is ready.

Spread 3 laughing cow cinnamon cream cheese wedges over 4 halves of those 100 calorie deli flat, round type rolls.

Top them with the apple mixture, warm for 10-20 seconds in the microwave.

WOW!

I also had a lean cuisine portabello steak tips with broccoli meal and asparagus on the side and I plan on eating a few Special K chips.

It was! I'm drooling thinking about it again! The round bread was soft... and I swear tasted a lot like pie crust!!

I'm going to try it with peach next time and also strawberries with the strawberry cream cheese!
