it's UD Tuesday, what are you having ??

Didn't see one started...soooooo, here I am!

B: Homemade blueberry muffin and a poptart (yeah, breakfast of champions, I know)
L: Artichoke, tomato, onion, garlic, parmesan, mayo mixture on sourdough and a cheesestick.
D: 1/3 chicken burrito with avocado (homemade)

I'm a little off my Zone thing (much better on DDs) today, but I forgot to make my chicken breast and breakfast...well, breakfast is dead in the water. I gotta make that chicken breast before it goes bad. Now I have that on my mind along with forgetting my apple cider vinegar vitamins....

Pilates tonight.

There are only 4 of us on a UD today? How sad!

I had a little pack of donuts and an ice cream sammie. They totally weren't worth it...I hate the cafe downstairs. Anyway, I think that's it for today...maybe a glass of wine tonight...

Just a crazy busy day.

Oh, I see it is berry day!

Breakfast - 2 blueberry pancakes, 1 slice bacon, 1 small sausage, 1/2 cup grits.

Lunch - very small portion BBQ pulled pork, coleslaw

Snack - 80-calorie WW raspberry-chocolate popsicle

Supper - Grilled salmon, mashed potatoes, 1 hard French roll, ear of corn.

In a way, this was 4 servings of veggies/fruits, but I'm aware they were carby. I may need to finish off the day with a salad, because it's important to keep things moving!

Cheeseburger & Rosemary Truffle French Fries!! (Splurge!)

Seriously can not believe how much food I can eat for 2,000 calories on UDs. After a DD it just feels insane.

Well, it started as a down day. Vanilla Protein shake for breakfast in a cup of unsweetened almond milk; 4 slices of turkey in iceberg lettuce for lunch. Then DH wanted to go out for dinner and I caved and went (I didn't tell him it was a down day for me.)

I feel lucky that we just got back from vacation and I actually didn't gain any weight--truly miraculous but I ate low carb and only until full for breakfast and lunch and was careful not to overeat at dinner. And then I had a dessert every night and wine! So I'm very stable at this weight. Now I hope I can lose.

So I'm going to try tomorrow as a down day.

And I'm going to start calling the "up" day a "regular day" instead. For some reason I hear "up" and think that it's like "loading" for hCG, when of course, it isn't!
