DD Sunday-What are you eating??

Hmmm....is Sunday a day where we don't post what we are eating?
I don't want to break any unwritten rules

But just in case, I decided I'd post the DD for Sunday...

B: picked up some McD coffee after the super early service (60 CAL)
L: Lean Cuisine (200 calories)
D: Egg whites and cheese (150-200)

DD after a holiday UD in Montreal that began at midnight with a clubhouse sandwich and fries with mayo and carried on through lunchtime with another beautiful sandwich, chocolate cheesecake, and key lime pie. Thank god for DDs.
B: coffee
L: coffee and sparkling water
D: teeny bits of salad and burger at a family gathering tonight. This is challenging for me but not as difficult as how gross I'd feel if I did another UUAD. I LOVE JUDD!

I'm up to 205 calories so far... only, not really.

2 mugs of coffee this morning, each with a tablespoon of whole milk and another of half and half cream, so 58 cals there

I cooked a quarter of a large head of cabbage (13.6 oz) until tender and mashed in a couple of my lite cheese wedges and some Mrs. Dash seasoning and sprinkle of salt. This was another 146 calories, but I just can't finish it all. Too big a heaping plateful! I'll have the rest later.

Just no appetite much today, I guess. Funny how JUDDD works to moderate your hunger levels after you've done it awhile.

Don't know what I'll have for supper later. I try to plan my days out, but I'm just lax today.

I did just enjoy an apple, pared & cored 4.4 oz, with 1.1 oz of sharp cheddar cheese. ****** has me up to 382 calories, but actually.. I still have that leftover cabbage dish to finish this evening.

DD for me here, just had a very late breakfast...1 big pancake made from oats, egg whites, Greek yogurt and baking soda. I ate it with some real maple syrup. It was about 250 calories.

I'm supposed to go to a BBQ tonight, but since my food choices are limited in probably going to eat before I go and just drink sparkling water while I'm there.

How funny is it that I couldn't wait to start JUDDD so that I could have a variety of food on my DD instead of boring, monotonous, hcg approved meals, and for my whole first week on JUDDD, what have I eaten? Boring, monotonous hcg food only I've been eating less than 500 calories! SMH (shaking my head) It's the UD that make me able to do this!! I am actually not dreading the DD. (Side note: though GY is a little rouge, I still lost well with it on hcg.)

I didn't see an UD Sunday thread but today is supposed to be a DD for me but turned into an MD. I spent the night at my Dad's and he always cooks a huge breakfast. I don't even like to discuss dieting/weight loss with them b/c they know exactly what everyone should do/eat and it turns into a big drama so I just ate and figured I could make it an MD even though I've been in strict rotation for a week trying to lose vacation weight...UGH>>>

B - 2 slices bacon, 1 sausage, 1 biscuit w/ gravy & 1 egg
L - 1/2 a blt sandwich w/ some spinach dip/crackers & tortilla chips w/ cheese dip
D - nothing if I can get thru it...it's 7pm so I may fix myself a glass of crystal light lemonade!

I behaved myself at the bbq, it helped that we arrived late and everyone was finished eating. I just sipped a diet soda. I'm totally starving now though. It's going to be a late dinner. We are having some cabbage concoction. I ended up riding my bike for about 40 minutes today, so I am not worried about going a little over in calories. I'll probably come in around 600 today minus about 250 calories of exercise. Feeling great!
