It's Friday and an UD ~ What are you eating?

I'm cheating a bit, making today a MD, so tomorrow can be an UD. I didn't want to start a thread for MDs and confuse anyone!

B: Santa Fe turkey burger, no cheese, add jalapenos, iced tea, coffee. (431)
L: TJ's Chicken Tikka Masala with Cumin Rice (300)
D: Not sure yet.

An UD for me here

Started the day by skipping breakfast and having a rather extravagant brunch which consisted of a flaxseed wrap with full fat greek yoghurt and strawberries then i added homemade chocolate sauce (25g of 85% chocolate, 10g butter, 1 tablespoon cream). Yum! that should keep me going until dinner tonight.

Dinner will be minced/ground beef stir-fried with a whole variety of vegetables, sprinkled with grated cheese. A large glass of wine, oh yes!

Totals = 1893 cals and 52g carbs

We are having lunch at a Mexican restaurant. I'll have a taco & enchilada with rice & beans, try to limit myself on the chips and salsa, and drink water. Dessert there won't tempt me. Tonight I will have some Kashi pizza (350 calories if I eat half) if I'm hungry. I want to eat good today.....haven't had a good UD all week and I hit a new low this a.m.

B. Cream Cheese, Smoked Salmon, Capers, Onions, & Tomatoes on WW Rye (410 cal)
L. Deviled Egg, Veggie Soup and an apple & Coconut Fudge (330)
D. ?? Something on the grill, I hope!

It looks like I'm leaving way too many calories for dinner by accident again. I'll have a snack while I'm out running errands today.

Skipped lunch and will be having a grilled pastrami/swiss on 45 calorie bread soon for dinner. Then wine. The day will end up at 1022 calories. I shall call that a successful MD.
