Today should be an up day but this is my fourth day of not being able to eat due to tonsillitis. But having just been on holiday for a week it should get me back down to the weight I was before we left! Just sticking to milkshake as even ice cream is too painful

breakfast: Oatmeal for breakfast
lunch: ham sandwich (made with weight watchers bread)
ff plain greek yogurt
small sandwich baggie of tostitos <which I may not even eat b/c I am so happy to be down 5 lbs now..finally...and I don't want the scale to bounce too much. I must say though...I seem to do best when I really vary my food intake and if I have one UUAAD every week to 10 days...I notice I drop a couple of days later. Weird but I noticed others have noticed this too.

Hooray for Up Days!

Breakfast:

I'm working on a Large coffee from Tim Horton's with cream and sugar.
Overnight oatmeal (in lieu of the donut I really wanted)
Raspberries, grapes and strawberries.

Lunch: It will either be a sushi combo or pho (vietnamese soup for those who've never tried it).

Dinner: Not sure, dad is in town...so he will probably want to go grab a meal.

Oh, ((Vicki)), feel better!

dee, enjoy your chips. I may never eat a chip again, though. Mad at them. It never works out to the small snack I think it will, causes me tummy pain if it's a Mexican/spicy-hard type at all, and I don't think they label the sodium right. With the same (supposed) amount of sodum from other foods, I'm fine, but with chips I bloat!

For breakfast, plain oatmeal with coconut oil, 1/8th cup prune bits (50 extra calories - found a new product with them already cut up called Plum Amazins by Sunsweet - nice) and a stevia packet.

For lunch, Fettucini and ice cream. (because I can)

For supper - allowing my family to choose, but definitely will include a salad.

I did eat them!! yikes. Oh well. I'm glad you mentioned about the sodium...I better drink extra water today. I seem to have trouble with diet pop...It stalls me. I suspect it's the sodium but not sure. I'm off to drink yet another quart of water...sigh. At least I'll feel full hahahaha.
