so far, I picked up a sushi tray at the grocery store (stress + DD= sushi).

I calculate it at 300 cal actually, so I'm still on track, even if I go to 600 or so today.

B: Mint tea

D: Tomato & Cucumber Salad w/ Balsamic vinegar + Coconut Curried Shrimp on Shirataki Noodles (@350 cal)
S: Sticky Trail Mix Bar (132 cal)

I don't think it's going to be difficult to hold out until dinner time today because I did something stupid last night. It was an Up Day, and I saved so many of my calories for dinner time that I couldn't get them all in. But, I tried. In spite of being full, I tried to gorge on chocolate _and could not do it_ without feeling sick. And that sick, over-full feeling, lasted all through the night and through today.

I'm going to have to get used to this whole 'I don't need to eat half a cow to feel satisfied' feeling...

And I'm going to need to learn to spread my calories out through the day on Up Days for sure.

I got hungry so I just had some chicken broth. (5)

I have to go to a job walk around lunch time, so I won't be able to cook my stir fry. Looks like lunch will be Wendy's chili w/2 packets of chili seasoning. (220)

I'm thinking 4 oz chicken tenderloins (110) w/WF barbecue sauce/mustard (0), and a Just for One broccoli tray (40) for dinner.

I'll still be under 400 for the day.

My dinner was divine, though I say it myself, just a little chicken as my protein.

Did I mention the 2 large glasses of rosé wine?

550 cals?

I was clearly not fully committed today-- let's call it a low-medium day, and put this one in the books, yes?
about 1052 cal (my MD is around 1300) but given my mood, not bad.
