Breakfast: Some genius brought a packet of pecans into the house (I LOVE nuts). Had exactly 8. I think that's around 200 calories if not more?
Snack: Cup of tea with non-fat milk - should be <50 calories.
Dinner: 2 egg whites (50 calories), brown bread (85 calories)

*all calorie counts are estimates, unfortunately.

adillenal, as a former HCGer, a "trick" I used to get rid of extra water weight was what we called Fage Day - nothing but 32 ounces of Fage Greek Yogurt (with sugar free vanilla syrup for me, YUM!). I usually saw a loss of at least 2.2 lbs the next day.

Thanks for the tip. Only problem is I live in a rural area and our local grocery store does not carry much in the way of yogurt outside of Yoplait and Dannon. Next trip to the "bigger" town to get feed, and I will get some to have on hand.
I knew I was going to be retaining yesterday when by noon my ankles were swollen and my feet were hurting when I walked. This hasn't happened in over a month so I am really surprised my old human sponge problem is raising it's ugly head again.

This is DD number 2 for me, last one went well. I am doing about 600 on DD. I am not sure why that number is so much easier for me, I think it has to do with the 100 calories from fat that 600 allows me (cream in coffee, full fat yogurt in my overnight oatmeal).

B- Coffee with cream

L- Overnight oatmeal

D- 10 rice crackers, 5 baby carrots, 4 strawberries, 2 laughing cows...and a partridge in a pear tree.

That brings me to about 514 calories. My boyfriend is going to steal some produce from his parent's garden tonight. I'm sure I'll eat some fresh raspberries as well!

Today is DD#2 for me.

So far just Zevia (0 calorie soda w/Stevia) and on my 3rd cup of coffee with Stevia & H&H. It's almost 4 and I am still not hungry! YAY!

Tonight is my first BUNKO and I am really hoping they have some healthy stuff there. If not, I have a few hundred calories to spare. I am hoping I am still not hungry. If I do get hungry before I leave, I will just have "Chicken Soup" 3 oz of chicken & chicken broth.

Lol. I like your euphemism, it's sort of like "I'm not fat, I'm fluffy". Don't experiment too much if you have to drive anywhere.

B-coffee with SF chocolate syrup-15 cals

L-Eggbeaters, tsp of LF cream cheese, slice of low carb toast-117 cals

S-LF colby cheese slice-50 cals

D-Salad with 1/2 tomato, sliced HB egg, romaine lettuce, 1 tbls ranch dressing-171 cals

Decaf & broth later, or some green beans if I'm desperate!

Smart Ones Santa Fe Rice & Beans (320) with a scrambled egg (70) mixed like they do with fried rice. 2 packets taco bell hot sauce (0) but I count them as 1 each.

Not sure what I'll have later if I get hungry for the last 100 or so.
