late B: 3 slices bodywise light bread (100cal for 2 slices)
1 whole avocado
1T rawtella
1 oatmeal cookie (trying it out before my trip... ya, that's my story and I'm sticking to it )
2 slices light havarti
3 slices thick slice bacon
-- 842 for breakfast!!!

not sure about lunch

D: a giant t-bone steak (650+ calories), grilled asparagus

all this comest to 1500, so I have 500 to play with
will update later.

I wasn't very hungry today. I didn't drink my lassi at lunch and I traded the tomato soup for a cup of cherries. I ended up having a little more wine than usual, and still couldn't make my calories. That doesn't usually happen, so I'm not too concerned.
