Luv- if u don't mind me asking, where is home? Those farewell parties can be dangerous! But enjoy. You can get serious once you're back.

Today is Korean. DD2 and DD3 are obsessed with all things Korean! I only cooked the main meat dish - BBQ beef. They did the rest. Should be a good LCD meal. And UD for me! BBQ beef, cucumber sesame salad, I'll pass on the rice, and a lovely ginger tea!

Home for me is Bangladesh, BB but I go to college in Virginia so I'm heading back in about 6 days.

Attending an iftar birthday party today. I'm trying not to let it stress me out. Like you said, I can always get serious once I'm back and once I'm back, I know I'm going to regret not enjoying time with the family. Lucky for me, it's an UD too!

Luv - my DD1 attended college in Virginia. She got her Associates Degree and then transferred to CSU - Colorado State University. She is there now staying with my parents! I agree, enjoy the time with your family.

Brazilian tonight. Lovely shrimp curry and cassava chips. But today is DD so had to pass on the Flan!

Can't believe we are in the last week of Ramadan already! I have managed to lose 3 Kgs so I'm happy with that! I'm hoping for 125lbs by Eid. That would be so cool! How is everyone else doing?

I weighed myself yesterday and was surprised to find I was almost exactly the same weight as I was a month ago (about .3 pound difference). I didn't even try staying on JUDDD for the month - I was too exhausted. But I was glad I didn't gain weight because I thought I might, suddenly dropping off of the JUDDD plan. I guess this was my 'maintenance break' lol.

How did it go for you?
