Trying to cut back on the bad carbs (you know, the really good tasting ones, lol).
B-Coffee with SF chocolate syrup, 1 clementine, handful of walnuts. L-Not sure, going out to a new restaraunt. Probably a burger. D-Fish & salad. I'll make mac & cheese for my son but I'm not that fond of it. S-Small serving of something sweet |

Way too much time on my hands!

This is my first up day:
Breakfast- Coffee with cream from Tim Horton's (Oh Canada, my home and native land) Overnight oatmeal Lunch- No idea....probably a salad from the Vietnamese restaurant Dinner- My boyfriend is making some rice dumpling things with raita on the side |

Ended up with a grilled chicken salad for lunch-lettuce, tomatoes, hard boiled egg & grilled chicken with a drizzle of ranch dressing. Really good and pretty low carb. Oh, and a beer.

wll actually this was suppose to be a dd but I forgot, Am gonna try to make this MD w/ dd tomorrow. Usally mondays, wednesdays and fridays are dd so I was thrown off my stride.
B: 1/2 english muffin w/ lcc, 1 fried egg, 2 slices bacon, c hwc L: Red lobster shrimp salad on half avacado , crackers D: 200 calorie pizza U added grated mozarella cheese and peperoni too, 1/2 wendys berry salad. Homemade strawberry vinagarette. s: baked apple with cinnamon splenda, I aske the guy at the window for sf dressing but he kept telling me the dressing I go was lf and they had ranch lf. Finally I got through to him that I wasnt interested in lf just sf but they didnt have any such animal .
