I mix mine with other powders if I'm using them. If not, just throw in at the end and blend awayf

I'd start with 1/2 tsp per shake and see how that goes. If all is well and you want it thicker you can add 1 teaspoon

I wanted an afternoon DD shake that is foamy but not sweet. Something to make me feel like a queen but not make me crave sweet stuff the following UD. This is it.
1/2 c almond milk 17.5 cals
1 tsp vanilla extract 12 cals
5-6 cubes frozen coffee 2 cals
1/4 - 1/2 tsp gluc powder. I use the contents of one capsule.
1/4 cup water or a few ice cubes for volume

Blend. Pour in a huge wine glass. The colours start to separate. It's gorgeous. And a whopping total of 41.5 calories.

I whipped this up for breakfast. No calorie count because it's an UD, but would be easy to figure. It's a variation of that Almost Chocolate Shake.

Chocolate Shake

1/2 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1-2 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. instant coffee
1 whole raw egg
Splash of cream
Chocolate syrup, squirt or two
Sweetener of choice to taste (I used 1 tsp. DiabetiSweet, 1 tsp. Erythritol)
Ice

Blend it up!

I'm playing around still, but here are a variety of my go to ingredients, but not all at once:

Capella drops- I have a bunch of flavors
Protein powder- I have a few flavors
PB2
Cocoa powder
Unsweetened vanilla or chocolate Almond milk
chilled black coffee
splash of half and half
ice
banana slices
ez-sweetz
Splenda
Mio drops
Davinci SF syrups- I have a lot of these, too
SF Hershy's syrup

I mix and match depending on UD/DD, my cravings, etc...

Thank you all! I had my first DD shake this morning and it was delicious. I used-

1/2 scoop pea protein powder
1/2 grapefruit
2 strawberries
1/2 C plain almond milk
about 1/4 C sf vanilla syrup
1 t+ of glucommanan powder
ice

It was absolutely delish! I started with 1/2 t gluc and was not patient enough, and added about a full teaspoon. It was perfect at first but it got kind of slimy half way through, so now I will know to have some patience and use less... Next time, I am throwing a big handful of spinach in there too. Thank you all!
