It's ~~DD~~ MONDAY - what are you eating?

I didn't see this thread started, so I thought I'd go ahead - hope it doesn't confuse people. For those that didn't see PJ's post on separate UD/DD threads, this is for those having a DD today. Adding: here's the thread Separate UD/DD daily "eating" threads?

DD (at least for the first half of the day)

B
-mix of green and black tea with stevia
10:20 a.m.
-1/2 c. Quaker Oats (old fashioned) with some flax, chia, cinnamon, coconut sugar, dash of salt, prepared with water (approx. 200 calories)

Not sure on the rest yet - I mean, it will be some of my usual stuff (proteins, salads, fruits, etc), but haven't decided what combination or meal.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

FAST DAY- dry fasting as long as I can, water after that

weight is up 3 pounds after two weeks of sons home on leave/camping/ summer out of control. Last week was ridiculous.

B-Coffee with SF chocolate syrup-15 cal

L-eggbeaters, tiny bit of cream cheese, slice of 35 cal bread-105 cal

S-salad with tomato, cucumber & spray ranch dressing-probably less than 30 cal

D-170 cal Lean Cusine

Decaf & broth in the evening

ETA-Lots & lots of water and club soda. I think I drank 2 gallons yesterday!

lots of green tea, water and maybe a Sprite Zero if I need/want it.

I soooo need this DD after a long weekend of food at DS's house. (and, Cindy: It was fun!)

All morning - black coffee, tons of water and club soda

4:30 pm (right before starting cooking for family) 1 small can water packed tuna 100 cals

9:30 pm - 1 sl. whole grain toast with 1 Tblsp. peanut butter 190 cals and 2 slices cheese for 120 cals.
Total: 410 cals.

For some reason this schedule and these particular foods do the trick in keeping me very happy on down days

Today is my first DD. I am on day 12 of P3 on hcg and I weighed in over my low dose weight so I'm making it a steak day and killing two birds with one stone!

Thanks for starting this thread. I like having separate DD posts!

So far 2 cups of coffee with H&H & vanilla cream Stevia.

Glad to see you back, Yam, and happy that you had a fun time on your trip! Seems like there was mention a long time ago of separating the two "days" into separate threads, but PJ made a great post the other day about it, and I'm glad she thought to do it - seems like it will be great for lots of JUDDD buds.

This is my first DD, but I'm not scared because I did a few round of HCG a year or so ago. I know I can do low calorie.

Today my menu is:

B:Coffee with 1 tbsp of 10% cream
6 large strawberries

L: Meal replacement shake

D: Japanese vegetable soup with shiritake (cabbage, mushrooms, radish...all very low cal).

Peanut butter protein fudge:

Add one scoop Chocolate protein powder and 2 Tbs Hersheys special dark cocoa. Stir to make thick dough. Add a few Tbs sf vanilla torani syrup. Stir til smooth. 120 cals for whole thing.

Thanks for the recipes, I did do a search and you have no idea how many matches for that search came up. Hard to sift through all of them, so again, thank you!

520 calories, 340 sodium

did count CO calories
5 full veggie servings, yay

tweaked my "usual" day with the evening half-popsicle rather than any chewing gum through the day, and keeping the baked potato this time.
