I'm kind of confused
So, I've had my coconut oil for a few days, but haven't used it, because I don't understand why you wouldn't need to count all or some of the calories. My CO says 130 calories per tbsp. Can someone explain why these calories may or may not count? If this is the case are there potato chips that have calories that don't count:dunno: A girl can dream right?

Can people also post their favorite way to use CO?

I feel like I saw another post explaining that about 40% of CO's calories are absorbed/used the "regular" way, but no idea where to find it right now.

So scared, I am not counting it on DDs either. You'll hear me scream over there if I see a gain, lol.

I have been taking CO 1 T daily for the past 3 weeks, have not counted it in my calorie counts on UD or DD and have continued to steadily lose wt. i am happy with this so far.
