L: 2 eggs, scrambled with a little salad
D: tofu stir-fry and shirataki noodles

Snack: 0% fat greek yoghurt and a little Splenda.

Totals: 472 cals, 39g carbs

Up day for me! So happy it is FRIDAY!!!

B - 2 eggs, toast and spreadable fruit 325c
L - mexican, tiny family owned place so calories won't be listed. Probably a salad of some sort.
D - chicken pasta salad
WINE!

L: Tea and a Glucomannan/Oat Fiber Microwave Cake (45 cal)
D: Grilled Tilapia on an Arugula Salad w/ Balsamic Vinegar, tomatoes, cucumbers

Emergency Meal: Today isn't the worst down day I've experienced. It isn't painful, like it was at first, but the hunger has been so irritating this afternoon that I haven't accomplished much, which makes me fear that tonight might be a bear. If desperate, I will eat some eggs before bedtime.

DD for me too. Sitting on my hands to stay true-blue today. Only 4 more hours. I can do anything, endure anything for 4 hours. Right? :)

So dinner is gonna be fish something!

I'm thinking I will get my bad azz up and go make my low carb tortillas and have fish tacos but energy might not stretch far enough today. So it might just be a fish/shrimp stir friy with mushrooms and snow peas and a big old plate full of Shiritaki noodles! Ok, I convinced myself. Chinese sounds more fun than fish tacos tonight! :D

Steph, are you drinking a LOT of fluids? I find iced tea (caffeinated, mildly) really really helps me.

UD here, and I ran errands and didn't eat till just now!

B: had to take my CHOLERA :p on an empty stomach (seriously? these vaccines are freaking me out).
L: green tea... it was weird, tasted like seaweed?
L2: 8 chickpea balls (150 cal and 14g net per serving of 4), 4.5oz chicken thighs

D: haven't a clue. this isn't my best planned UD.

Tomorrow, big party at my house :) I figure I'll save my calories till party time, and then, well, not sure what. :confused:

D: somehow stumbled across the Sacred Heart diet that had a recipe for soup. Had a bowl around 3 will have another when I get off here. Its thundering outside; Texas is gonna get more rain yeah!

Havent been too hungry so if I do get hungry will have more soup or fruit.

Skipped the shake--way too busy at work today.

Finished the day with chinese chicken wings (about 11, they have some sort of coating on them) and about 1/2 a dish of chicken pineapple curry (coconut milk) with cashews.
2 fortune cookies
about 1 bottle of coors lite iced T flavor (meh).
