L: Chicken, salad, mayo followed by low carb chocolate cheesecake (homemade)
D: Pork chop, cabbage, cauliflower, broccolli

No snack

Total cals = 1891
Total carbs = 31g

Today is an UD for me. Not sure what my menu is yet, but I KNOW that the peach cobbler I made last night will make an appearance, warmed, topped with French vanilla ice cream! :yummy: (300 cal)

Started with a dose of typhoid :eek: (it's a vaccine-- taken orally, empty stomach--have 2 more to go this week)

eventually, here's what I'll have:

B: mango chili green tea (trying a new thing of making 1L of concentrated tea, and then cutting it with water and ice through the day...)

L: maybe a HB egg at some point

D: chicken caesar (lite) salad, with tomatoes too
s: my frozen almond milk.

plan: 498 cal
6.5 g carb

Scratch that breakfast. I had fruit and maple oatmeal and 1 oz coconut almonds (from a roadside stand on our way home on Sunday).

UD today

Very happy that "carbon-copying" Friday's good DD to yesterday's DD did what I'd hoped and I had a half-pound loss today.

When you have a successful DD menu, make a "carbon-copy"! :shake:

My husband brought in gravy biscuit take-out this morning, in high hopes that we could eat together on this UD morning, and that's FINE. I knew I could have one, and didn't feel like I went "over" any line. :)

Immediately put it in the calorie counter, and it took 500 of my 1,900 UD - reasonable.

I'll have a big salad for lunch, though, to balance out sodium.

Will be careful to eat wisely at supper, too, since my dream dessert, Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Ice Cream, is awaiting me in the freezer for dessert tonight.

MD for me today after a day of fasting. I'm having all my calories in one meal around 4:
grilled ham, egg, & swiss sandwich, and hashbrowns made with cubed sweet potatoes, shredded zucchini, onions & peppers. Can't wait. :)

My plan is to have complete fast. If I HAVE to eat something, I will have some ground turkey, laughing cow cheese, and maybe some celery.

Drinking sugar-free powerade and water all day.

Yep-- I'm going, for work, to our Manila office and then to our Sydney office. I leave on the 20th and am back Aug 3rd :)

hot fudge turtle here ( maplenut icecream, hot fudge, salted pecans with whip cream and carmel and i add a bananna) DONT care how many calories.. its an UD~~

Total change of plans, stayed at home.

So dinner was:
veggie soup with toast and butter
salad with cheese and anchovies
delicious coffee and walnut cake (left over from the funeral)
2 glasses red wine

Hopefully no more that 1500 cals

A few changes--

had chinese "yu choy" (like chinese broccoli but more leafy, fewer clusters) and no salad.. Sometimes, I just can't face a salad :o

I added in about 1/2oz of air popped corn (50cal) with hot sauce!

will have my iced almond milk-- new totals:

521 cal
20 g carb

A very hormonal stressed out DD that got out of hand--

Ice tea and zucchini souffle (140)
Nectarine
Half cup of blueberries
3 light wasa crackers
Special k cracker chips
2 - 100 calorie meat muffins
Zucchini and eggplant sautéed w shirataki noodles and a half cup do low cal marinara, Parmesan cheese
A jello dessert (120)

All in all around 1000 calories. I guess this is more a maintenance or MD.

DARN stress and hormones - a lethal combo after a disappointing scale this morning. Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings - NOT.

Dinner was at Sizzler: Salad bar with just veggies, cottage cheese, a little diced ham, and some seafood salad. Then lemon herb chicken with brocolli and one chocolate chip cookie.
