What's the entry for pork back ribs?

Hi-- if you use an online calculator- could you tell me what you look up to get a decent entry for pork ribs?

I'm making pork back ribs tonight (and, well, often ) and I never know what to put it under.

I figure, I'll weigh it with the bones in, and then just weigh the bones-- so I'm looking for an entry for boneless, cooked, pork rib meat.

Thanks,
S.

I found this nutritional info for pork ribs:

Calories in Pork ribs cooked -

Total Fat 15.0 g
Saturated Fat 5.0 g
Polyunsaturated Fat 0.0 g

Cholesterol 89.0 mg
Sodium 50.0 mg
Potassium 0.0 mg
Total Carbohydrate 0.0 g

I don't know how you would enter it on the calorie counter, though.

Just like that!

I was hoping to find what people look up in their counter, to be able to use something already "in the system", but if I need to enter a custom entry, then that is exactly the info I would use

(just didn't occur to me to enter these as custom, but maybe I should...)

Thanks Yam!
