It's Monday what are you eating?

DD for me today:-

B: 0% fat greek yoghurt
L: 2 egg omlette with 100g chopped mushrooms, plus small salad: lettuce and cucumber
D: 100g cod, 150g prawns, 100g cauliflower, 100g broccoli - all baked together in foil in the over

Total cals = 483
Carbs = 22g

Heavenly yes and I'm not one to taunt anyone on their DD, so I will say that after a couple of day of having pizza around, I'm totally up on the scale
water weight I know, but it's a reminder that, as cookie monster now says about cookies... pizza is a sometimes treat

and now it's all gone from the house, and I should be good for another couple months!

Done for the day:

Breakfast: added about 1c of blueberries, total of about 600 cal for that and the 'za
Lunch was coconut water-- too busy working, and full
D: pork ribs-- about 21oz of meat (measured my plate before and after
4 squares of 86% chocolate

totals:
1995 cal (and if it's higher, I still have wiggle room)
98g carbs

lets just say I won't weigh until after another DD or even 2!
