Even though I stayed right with the plan yesterday, trying to have fiber and water-filled vegetables (with an entire cucumber),
Quote:
baked sweet potato w coconut oil and butter...185
veggie sticks, heavy on the cucumber!...............25
one-egg omelet with bell pepper and onion.......180
big salad with Walden Farms no-cal dressing.......25
chewing gum dessert..........(x2)......................... 5

425
I still had (TMI ALERT) constipation this morning. A little confused, but today have started with some traditional helpful foods.

small medium apple...........................................80
GlutinFreeda Maple-Raisen-Flax Oatmeal..........180

next up is salmon patties - yum

B - Coffee with HWC - drank half. Think I am about ready to quit coffee. Just don't want it. After drinking my DE and taking all of my supplements with lots of water, I have no room for food.
L - zucchini with homegrown ground meat and a little spaghetti sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan Chhese
D - pork chop with spaghetti squash
Can you tell my garden is producing big time? No treats, no sweets, no nothing extra.

adi, I looked up some info on my particular problem online today and there were several suggestions to drop the coffee and other caffeinated beverages, since they can be dehydrating.

Your lunch reminds me of my mother in law's cabbage cassarole with ground meat. She uses tomato soup and sprinkles parmesan over all.

I thought drinking DE was supposed to solve my problem but it hasn't and gluc just makes it worse. So much fun trying to figure out how to solve simple problems without having to take a stimulant which I refuse to do so I just keep taking magnesium, DE, CO with not much change.

I am drinking green tea and plain water today. not a big fan of green tea usually but it isn't so bad this time around.

Didn't eat until 2.30pm - wasn't hungry!?! Then i had a little ham with salad & low cal dressing followed by a low-cal apple muffin (the recipe was from here somewhere!) with fat free greek yoghurt.

Dinner was a small piece of fresh salmon (100g) baked in the oven, in foil, with some shredded cabbage and cauliflower, i sprinkled it with 5g of reduced-salt bouillon powder before sealing up the foil.

500 cals exactly

A good day!

Adi if I correctly know what your problem is, there is a tea called Swiss Kris that is herbal that works for many people ( not me) and is all natural.
