A week off from work equals a week off from JUDD

This is not good. I had every intention of staying on course but have not eaten the best and with having beer almost every day so far, I know there is gains .

What have I done? I am in maintenance and so don't have to worry that I didn't lose.

It will take me a good week or two of really watching what I eat to get back where I should be I bet.

What have you done? You have lived life!!! That's just how it goes sometimes. But, unlike other diets, JUDD will quickly lure you back into rotations with the help of the rescue gene, still active in your body, all the JUDD BUDDS and a wonderful WOE!! There is no guilt in JUDD and JUDD is forgiving in that once you get back to rotations that gain will disappear! Make your first DD tomorrow a great one and enjoy it! OK? NO GUILT!

You can't change anything about the past. Don't waste your emotional energy trying. You enjoyed what you ate and drank (hopefully) and there's an end to it. Beating yourself up about it doesn't help one bit.

If you are up on the scale, so be it. You know what to do about that.

You have control over what you do today. Make choices today that support your goals, and that's it. Yesterday is over, you can't change anything about it. Tomorrow is not here yet, you can't do anything about tomorrow. Today is what you've got, so make it the best day you can.

Thanks for reasuring me that it will be ok. I think it will be but still beat myself up over it a little bit. But, such as it is, I do need to let go once in awhile. I think if I just be real cautious about what I eat for a week and it will work itself out.

Right. Good attitude.

Look at it this way, if you can't relax once in a while even in maintenance, what's the point? Looking hot is great and all that, but you've gotta be able to live life and enjoy once in a while. Sometimes that means eating and drinking and being merry. But it all comes back into line with a few rotations.
