Lots of good advice.

It is up to you to decide what you can live with BUT at least you have plenty of UD cals to play with.
Small reductions w a week or two to evaluate should be helpful.

Those calculators can be pretty general amd many of us just don't fit into the slot.

Thank you Beverly , Sunday and Yam-yam!!! These posts are invaluable added to what Leo said. I am going to copy and paste when I am on my laptop so I can fully read and absorb it all.

I had a good day. It was supposed to be a Dd but wound up a MD. I feel like I can face tomorrow with a sense of recommitment.

I solemnly vow to be clean in July! JUDDD deserves my full effort and I'm going to do it. Let's see where we are by the end of July.

JUDDD is meant to be a healing plan so maybe try adjusting to it before jumping off into Leptin Reset or other such....

I agree that some are more sensitive to carbs than others but there is a wide range between adding a starch and eating all the bread and sugar one wants.
This is very individual but, as we know, JUDDD does not endorse any particular woe. BUT Dr J does encourage focusing on healthy food, in general.

Be careful of using ALL your calories on CO. This is also YMMV.
If I want to gain weight or remain stable, I just have to increase CO. There are also plenty of LC'ers wondering why they've stalled and never think about all the CO they're consuming because it is supposed to rev up metabolism.....just sayin'.
If you can get away w not counting it, fine, but it's not a given.

JUDDD should allow us less food related stress....
