Dawn: Are you melting the CO before you mix it with the PB2 or are you just smashing the PB2 into the thick white CO? And, is this a snack on its own or are you spreading it onto something? Inquiring minds want to know!

For me, it's a DD. Heading out and about with my Mom and lunch will be out somewhere. I think I'll try to push for Ruby Tuesday's as I see they have a Fit & Light menu with a bunch of low-cal choices.

B: coffee, 2 T h&h, 2 tsp SC milk (80)
L: something @ Ruby Tuesday...will have to report back later
D: depends on lunch

Shooting for around 500 today.

Rock it today, BUDDDs!!

My CO at home is always liquid this time of year. At work, it's very soft solid. I don't melt it, just mix it in with the PB2 and the amount of water called for to mix the PB2. (2T PB2, 1T Water, 1T CO) I've been spreading it on either a banana or an apple.

DD - and boy was i looking forward to it after a long weekend away! Gained 5lbs but i guess it's water weight as the meals i was given, apart from one, were pretty carb heavy. Never mind, back to it and the weight will soon come back off.

B: Fat free greek yoghurt with sugar free caramel sauce
L: Slim and Save Lemon Yoghurt Bar
D: Stir-fried broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, prawns, eggs, soy sauce

Total 521 cals and 34g carbs

Ended up at Red Robin (Yummmmm!) for lunch and had a veggie burger wrapped in lettuce with steamed broccoli and some fork-dips of FF ranch for flavor. (219)
D: homemade chicken broccoli Alfredo (173)
S: 6 cinnamon twists (180)

TOM makes me so snacky...I usually give myself a little leeway at the start of it, so I'm not sweating today's 660 calories.
