These are a different brand that I found at Whole Foods, but similar. I just tried it and it was ! I also picked up the pesto parmesan version to try. Thanks!!

UD in La Belle France

B strawberries and melom followd by a croissant
L half a dozen oysters and way too much delicious bread and butter. Wonderful but smallish fillet of fish with 8 baby potatoes "of the region" with a vervain and citron sauce. Followed by Illes Flotante...
Washed down with a lovely local rose wine.

Now starting my MUDDD 'fast' of espresso and water until tomorrow evening.

Had to change that menu. DH harvested his kind of dismal looking corn crop and I had to eat fresh from the stalk corn on the cob for lunch. With some fresh from the garden squash, yellow, green zucchini and gray zucchini with a dab of spaghetti sauce since I don't have any tomatoes yet.

AND dinner will be fresh picked cream peas with cornbread. Guess you can tell my garden is starting to produce. Plus DH ate all of the zucchini pizza after I went to bed last night so there is none left for me today. I didn't even get to taste it since yesterday was a DD. Must have been good if he ate the whole thing.

Well, I had to change things up since we stopped and got some farmstand corn on the cob on the way home from camping. I was NOT going to save that for tomorrow.

B: VIC (110)
L: finished part of DS #2's pizza slice (58)
D: corn on the cob w/ light butter, 2 FF hot dogs w/ miracle whip/ketchup, 1/4 cup roasted garden veggies (309)
S: a handful of butter puffed corn (34)

That puts me at 511 for the day. I am curious to see the scale tomorrow morning since I haven't been able to weigh for a few days at camp.

W: Merlot

Can you tell I went to Trader Joe's yesterday?
"The Kid" had the last banana, so I traded it for an apple with breakfast.
I only had half the cupcake (not muffin, sorry) with lunch.
Dinner was the rack of lamb (sooo good), mint jelly, baked sweet potato, salad with tomatoes, avocado, and Bolthouse Farms dressing.
Merlot now.

Not counting the 2T CO I had (don't think I'll fit in a third today), I'm still over 100 calories away from my UD target. I'll either add another glass of Merlot, or stop here for the night.

Lovely food day.
