Ok today will be the first up day that I will be doing low carb I was up a lb after my dd yesterday so I am going to try this. I took the spoons of peanut butter suggestion and had 2 tblsp before work. I also packed 1 serving if mini pepperonis and 2 servings of mixed nuts. For work and a eas protein shake. That's over 600 calories which will leave me with 1400. I will try to work in more before dinner if I have time.

Only down another pound after wk 2...

So I know I said I wasn't going to get my hopes up after the gigantic 5.5 lb loss my first week....but seems like I did, sigh. And another pound is not nothing, I know. And yet. My inner spoiled baby wanted mooooooore, wahhhhh. Has this "big loss week, then a much less loss week" pattern been seen by my fellow JUDDD-buds alot? As long as I do get the occasional more than creeping loss week I'm good to go, but I do so enjoy those whoosh weeks...

Oh we all love whoosh weeks, but a slow steady loss is more common. Well done divine....

I've been holding steady with the same weight for several days. It's frustrating, but I know it's coming eventually. It really is an endurance race and not a sprint to the finish.

Thank you Kissa & TooMuchBooty (LOVE the names!)

Well, it's been about 5 years now of this chipping away at the scale journey, I should know better, right? But it's very good to hear that slow and steady really can win this particular race...TMB, I had to stop the daily weighing because it was hazardous to my mental health! Once a week is all my poor heart can handle, otherwise I run the risk of being SD (scale-derailed, tee hee). I actually dreamed last night that the scale had dropped into the 170s, that's how bad I want it...maybe my dream will come true in the next week or two! Many thanks for the reality check ladies.
