Hi there, when i put your stats through the calculator on the Dr. J website i got the following results:-

If you are doing light exercise 1-3 days a week

UD cals = 2053
DD cals = 513 (25% weight loss mode, meaning this figure is 25% of your UD cals - i usually use 25% rather than the lowest figure which is 20%)

If you are doing moderate exercise 3-5 days a week
25% WLM gives

UD cals = 2314
DD cals = 579 (25% WLM)

I never "eat back" my cals used up in exercise. On UDs i aim for around 25-30g carbs and on a DD i aim for around 50-60g - it's working very well for me so far.

Had a good UD yesterday. Carbs were limited to veggies and I had no major cravings or urges to binge. And the loss stuck!!!
I think I need to kick it up a notch and get me booty back in the gym. Does anyone else here lift weights? I'm not sure where to start!

July 2 - DD - 150.8 - 615 cals

Adding in a non-scale goal of getting my waist measurement under 30". (It's 30 1/4" right now, but I really want about 28 1/2", so it's more than just that 1/4" I want to get rid of). That's probably going to take some exercise.

Scotty, doesn't that just make you grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! I went up and down between the same 5 pounds for 6 weeks. The absolute worst IS after being perfect. That's why I don't try anymore, I will say it is much more relaxing. I did up my DD cals to keep my sanity more and that really helps and finally I am losing again, although very slowwwwwwly. On the up side, my clothes are fitting much better and I feel good. I really keep trying to remember I would rather my clothes fit good than worry about the scale. Hopefully the scale will follow soon for the both of us!!

Thank you so much FairyWren, this is what I was looking for. As far as Carb is concerned, unknowingly, I am doing the same but much less Calories, so I'm going to up these on UP days but slowly. At Heather's suggestion, I took another look at JUDDD recommendations and you are right on the mark! Thanks again!
