Hope, that's why I exercise on UDs, and give my muscles the DD to rest and release retained water before UD-morning weigh-in. It probably has as much to do with curiosity about losses as it does with being fully fueled for exercise.

Ended June 166.5- Goal for June was 165.0- So close!
Goal for July 159.0

7/1- UUAD 167.0 (after a MD yesterday- I hate needing to use MDs!)
7/2- DD 168.0- I deserved that- I ate a ton yesterday!
7/3- UD 168.2 wrong direction!
7/4- DD 167.5
7/5- UD 166.4
7/6- DD 165.6
7/7- UD 165.6
7/8- DD 166.5
7/9- UD 166.8 wrong direction!
7/10- DD 166.9
7/11- UD 164.5
7/12- UD 166.7 (last evening I was 164.0 and this will be a weekend of UDs)

Happy today with a half pound loss! Not sure I am going to make my goal for the month of 7 pounds only on 2.5 at the moment. I always seem to lose more at the end of the month (I hope)

Goal for month - 235
Starting weight 242,
07/02 - 244.2 DD
07/03 - 242.5 UD
07/04 - 244.0 DD
07/05 - 243.0 UD - eating too much this month!
07/06 - 242.5 DD - loss after UD!
07/09 - 242.0 UD
07/10 - 241.8 - DD finally lower that start of month! Surprised after UD!
07/11 - 240 - UD new low! I'm sure I will hop around a lot before it settles.
07/12 - 241.5 - DD
07/13 - 239.5 UD !

Stick to JUDDD even when the bounces/fluctuations discourage me
Decided to incorporate JUDDD/Warrior 7/9/12 to control my eating on Up days

I'm still in between WLM and Maintenance while meds are being optimized (just increased again 6/26). MUMWLM as coined by LunaLoca. Mixed up maintenance weight loss mode.

07/02 - DD - 207.6 - 542 It stuck.

07/05 - UD - 207.6 - 1960 No CO today.

07/09 - DD - 210.4 - 355 Ugh, hope it's going to be forgiven. I purposely did two UDs in a row on vacation to see what happens.

July 9- 178.2 DD #1 (Following UD #1 on the 8th)
July 10- 175.2 UD -Totally indulged today.
July 11- 177.6 DD
July 12- 175.4 UD
July 13- 178.0 DD -Some very salty chips last night. I'm puffy this morning!
July 14- 176.0 UD

So far I've been sticking to 500 cals on DD and not tracking at all on UD... May have to start keeping track of those UD next week.
