Adding in a non-scale goal of getting my waist measurement under 30". (It's 30 1/4" right now, but I really want about 28 1/2", so it's more than just that 1/4" I want to get rid of). That's probably going to take some exercise.

All those things make me believe I am retaining water which I hope to shed over the next couple of day (please).

~~ The surgery still has me bloated when I overdo, so I don't feel like I'm making any progress right now. Hence, when I stood in front of the scale yesterday and today, I decided better to walk away than get really discouraged.

Looking forward to seeing your figures today Whitlin' i dropped another 2lbs after my DD yesterday Very pleased with this as it not only takes me to 153, my lowest weight this year but marks the halfway point of my weight loss - target was 40lbs and now i've lost 20lbs (i started in March but only found JUDDD a month ago).
