For me personally two 50 calorie cheese sticks can hold me for hours.

I make up a batch of my stir fried zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms and tomatoes (150 or so per big serving) and that satisfies for a nice long period too.

I've been powering through the day without eating on DDs lately, and I think I might bring 2 oz. of ham and some celery with me tomorrow. In addition to coffee for breakfast. I've been feeling nauseous lately on DDs and I think it might be caffeine on an empty stomach.

Here are some of my ideas:
  • cup of milk with your choice of sweetner and tsp of instant coffee over ice for another twist on cold coffee
  • smoked salmon with cream cheese on your fav low cracker (melba toast, rice cake, ryvita) add sliced cucumber and cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 can of tuna, favourite diced veggies and mayo - for a special treat add some cream cheese and a dash of sriracha (I put that ***** on everything)..lol...I hope you guys know I was making reference to Frank's Red Hot ads.
  • tuna and a drizzle of olive oil and some spices such as Club House Italian seasoning
  • hard boiled egg and veggies
  • cabbage with Italian dressing and baked/grill white fish
  • scrambled eggs/egg whites mixed with salsa topped with a bit of shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa and green onions - for UD serve over diced hashbrowns

I had this yesterday and it was filling for about 95 cal.
This doesn't sound too appetizing but I'm going to try it none the less!

But I find when I want something crunchy I can eat a few dill pickles spears and believe it or not, they will also cure a sweet craving because of them being sour...they stimulate a different taste bud on your tongue sending a different message to the brain. Most dill pickle spears have 0 calories. The splenda bread & butter/sweet pickles are good, too...with minimal calories

HTH
Going to pick up a bottle

Actually most dill pickle spears are 5 calories. Not a lot, but if you eat 10, you might want to know that it's not 0 cals, lol.

Very helpful thread - thank you!

I ate 16 Spanish olives and they hit the spot and kept me satisfied for hours. That surprised me and the salty taste really hit the spot.

2 mama lupes tortillas or 2 joseph's pitas (both low carb products) are only 120 cals, so they're a great start to a low cal pizza, or sandwich, or bake into chips for salsa or whatever else

Costco has "Coco Lite Whole Grain Pop Cakes"!

(Each: 16 cals / 4 carbs / 1 pro / 0 fat)

For less than a 100 calorie snack ~ Two Pop Cakes w/ a spray of butter flavored pam, then sprinkled with splenda & cinnamon, along with a Swiss Miss Diet Hot Cocoa whipped up with 1 tsp. of Coconut Oil.

It's my dinner tonight...One egg roll and 7 spring rolls...I'd planned on 3 egg rolls but went out and purchased my fave spring roll wrappers and will have 7 of those and one egg roll instead. Looking forward to dinner! I'm only about 70 cals in for the day and saving the rest for dinner and cocoa for a treat tonight...
What brand are the 20 calorie spring roll wrappers??? I LOVE spring rolls and can see those being a DD staple for me if I can find the low cal wrappers.

Thanks!
