Do you have H-Mart? I saw something that looked almost identical and has 20 calories a pop. Couldn't say what they were called, since it was in Korean or Chinese, but they appeared to be exactly the same.

100g stirfried shredded cabbage with salt and pepper with 1 cooked egg. I like a runny egg so it went all over the cabbage
(I know I may sound like a sicko)I had this yesterday and it was filling for about 95 cal. Last edited by SICCHI; 11-09-2012 at 07:03 PM.. |

I know this doesn't really apply to 100 calorie foods...
But I find when I want something crunchy I can eat a few dill pickles spears and believe it or not, they will also cure a sweet craving because of them being sour...they stimulate a different taste bud on your tongue sending a different message to the brain. Most dill pickle spears have 0 calories. The splenda bread & butter/sweet pickles are good, too...with minimal calories ![]() HTH |

4 spring rolls! Woohoo! I buy these HUGE spring roll wrappers that are only 20 cals each. I stir fry some cabbage and shredded ginger with spices and fill them up and bake them. They come in right around 100 cals. SOOO filling! What a treat. It's my dinner tonight...One egg roll and 7 spring rolls...I'd planned on 3 egg rolls but went out and purchased my fave spring roll wrappers and will have 7 of those and one egg roll instead. Looking forward to dinner! I'm only about 70 cals in for the day and saving the rest for dinner and cocoa for a treat tonight...
