Well this is an old thread lol.. But i have to say i too am back to being cold on my DD.. I have learned to love it actually.. I know for me.. and maybe others it seams to go hand in hand with loss of fat.. So yippeee for cold cold days~

I've just started to notice this. I started JUDDD in August. The other day I had on fleece, and had piled 3 throws on me while reading. DH was walking around in a light weight top.

For some reason I am now freezing and it is an upday. it is in the 70's here so I sure don't need the heat on. Sure hope it is fat being burned. I want to drop a few more before Christmas.

Freezing here, as usual. I feel it every DD, and most UDs. It's the norm, so when I'm actually warm, I really, really notice it!

Figured out I was freezing from being sick, because later I was burning up, now freezing again, lol.

I do notice being cold on DD's though.

I get cold on DDs, but drinking diet hot cocoa always takes it away for a while

We keep our house set at 68, so it's not super warm here to begin with!

The sensor on my extra space heater (because the electric baseboard heat was just not cutting it) says 75 degrees. Could've fooled me -- I've been sitting here in fuzzy boot slippers and a sweater convinced I was in cold storage. Frosty.

The executive director at my job bought me a space heater- I think she was terribly disturbed that I wore my coat for 8.5 hours a day and could be found in the ladies room warming up under the hand dryer

The heating system in the building does need to be repaired so it is cold... just saying.

I always have that heater cranked up to HIGH! Sometimes I scruntch down around it like I'm hugging it. So

when some one walks by as peeks in... oh well.

I have on flannel PJs with a huge thick robe and knee socks on under a blanket and I know the heat is on... oh by the way it is an UD

It makes me grumpy... If the DD shivers made me hungry I'd be in BIG trouble!

I'm currently freezing my behind off (wish that were literal). I know I didn't have enough water/fluids today, so after I walk the dogs in a few minutes, I'll load up on some herbal tea. Kill 2 birds with 1 cup

I am FREEZING today! So much that it's distracting me from getting anything done. My nose is like an ice cube. Didn't have this so much with the PDDs, but my BDD (bacon down day) is making me shiver. Hopefully it means I'm burning away those fat cells!

I draw the line at wearing gloves indoors!

However, I am wrapping my hands around a hot mug of coffee. I had to get up and make myself a cup of instant, and 2 T of SF peppermint mocha. Now my hungries are at bay, and getting a little warmer or feel warmer looking at steam from coffee.

Ha ha ha. That made me touch my nose and yup- it's an ice cube- but I've had plenty to eat today

It's an UD here!
