I'm having a weird day at work with lots of meetings and appointments, so I'm not sure when or what I'll eat. Planning for some greek yogurt at some point, and I have a Quest bar in my purse if needed. |

Down day for me, but it's FRIDAY-EVE so that helps!
B (mid morning) 2 eggs 140c L - strawberries/cottage cheese 125c D - lettuce, grilled veggies, cheese 176c 441c total! I will probably have some strawberries at VBS tonight. |

B: coffee w/HWC and coco oil (not counting the oil) 100 cal L: smoothie with protein powder, 2c frozen spinach, 1/2c frozen berries 149 cal D: 3c angel hair cabbage, 3 slices of bacon 190 cal sn: coffee w/hwc 100 cal 539 cals. I hope I can stick to this and ONLY this today. I haven't had a loss in a few days, in fact tiny gains, and the end of the month is looming. Need a GREAT DD! |

DD here too. Had to get my 2nd hep vaccine, on an empty stomach. Meh, no adverse effects!

Salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, feta, olive oil, lemon juice), baked zucchini (512) D: ground lamb with cabbage and spices (600) have 300 cal left for snacking |

I wound up with a bit more chicken at dinner, no egg for "lunch", and switched my almond milk for my frozen almond treat.
