Hope it doesn`t interfere with my weightloss... as I`ve come to a plateau this week. But I need to watch my intake on the UP days now. What do you think or suggest?

Thanks

You may be surprised to a good loss. I have had a few strange DD that were not as low as they should be.

When I am faced with chocolate cake on a DD, I carefully wrap up a piece for tomorrow which is an UD. Since everyone at work knows I eat every other day, they don't even blink when I wrap up a piece of whatever and put it in the frig for the next day.

WOE: Whatever plan keeps me around 150 lbs!
I had the same thing happen this morning, but it was before I started drinking the chlorophyll. It went away more quickly this time. I suspect it's my medication. I'll be trying to get in to see the doctor in the next week or two, and will continue to monitor it.

Well, at least you know it isn't the chlorophyll. Sorry you are having the issues though.

That bit of chocolate will do you no harm I am sure Tammy. Well done in not going mad.

Tammy: Congrats on 6 pounds lost! Don't even fret about the cake. With JUDD, we just say "life happens; now move on". this WOE is forgiving and easy to get back to. You really enjoyed it, you made a choice, you didn't completely go off the rails. You are good!

Yam Yam » Thanks for the congrads! Surprisingly I didn`t fret too much about the cake. You`re so right in saying that this woe is forgiving. I ended up going down a pound to where I was originally. Which means I`m right on track!

Thanks again
Tammy
