You know it definitely will happen to you! I am so darn proud of your 99 pound loss so far! That is incredibly, fantastically, amazing!! And, I'm so rooting for you to be able to figure out if your stall is from toxins or just needing a break or tweaking UD/DD calories or whatever. Keep us posted. I love your strength and perseverance, Friend and fellow JUDD BUDD!!

It must be check-up season! I went on Monday: BP 116/76 and blood sugar 95!!!!! OMG, I think my doctor was in shock! I'm temporarily off diabetes meds (Byetta injection 2x a day) while he waits to see my A1C numbers.
Carly: I meant to add that I will be watching for you to update us on the A1C results. My DH has to do that test once or twice a year. He has type II. He has lost 27 pounds and the doc just took him off one of the BP meds he was on. His BP has been nice and low. I'm hoping he can eventually get off the metformin for diabetics as well.

I will post my A1C when I receive my results. I'm cautiously optimistic since some UDs do involve foods that are not diabetic friendly

My DH checks his fasting glucose every morning. It's been going down, down, down. And, he eats lots of stuff that's would not be considered diabetic friendly. I really think it's the JUDDing, making enough healthy choices and probably the healing effects of the SIR genes on the body that are improving his numbers.

My morning *fasting* blood sugar is questionable due to sleepwalking/eating thing always being a possibility. At this point the worst thing I could eat is plain FF greek yogurt, but it's not fair to say they are *fasting* since I can't say for sure.
I hope to hear about my A1C soon!

Carly: That would be so tough. Is there any recommended cure for sleep eating? I have heard of it but never heard of any therapy or anything to cure it.

No, there is no cure that any doctor has been able to recommend. It will be 15 years in August, so I'm use to it- I guess. My cure is keep nothing I will regret eating in the fridge and cabinets. My spouse hides anything that could create *big* issues. I think I have not slept/walked/eaten in 3 nights and if this is the case that is by far a record! I had never gone more than 1 consecutive night in the last 15 years- so yea!

My A1C was 6.5 that's the best it's ever been and that's with no diabetes meds since end of February!
Cholesterol was great as was triglycerides.
I couldn't be more pleased!
