Falling short on an up day

So far I've always been able to hit my calorie limits pretty close but yesterday got crazy and the day slipped away and I was 591 calories short. Should I jut make today a regular dd or add in a few extra calories?

Keep it a regular DD. Just curious are you certain that your UD was that short? I have a few short UD, but mine are never but a 100-200 short.

just stick with your down day. there is nothing wrong with a rare off day, whether up or down from your calorie levels. really, that is more natural. tomorrow is a new up day!

Thanks - figured sticking to rotation was best. I had saved calories for fettucini Alfredo with shrimp scampi and due to renovation work taking longer than anticipated didn't get around to having dinner until after 9:00 p.m. Opted for PBJ, chips and a Hershey bar but still way short. Off to have lunch.

Start Date: Aug 2011/I've been maintaining since April 2012
I have days where I fall that much short. Once in a while doesn't hurt, but if I go below 1400 for 2-3 UD's in a row, I will stall or even gain, as it seems I don't come out of the stress response with so few cals.

So, yes, regular dd today, but make sure tomorrow you get all those UD cals in.
