LOL, accidentally posted on the lc board! I removed my items but if anybody saw it, I'd have gotten a whooping, fasting AND carbs, lol. Its all good, I'm awake now!

DD - going to fast as long as possible

Mini pretz-a-bagel
Turkey pepperoni
LF String cheese
2 baked chicken taquitos
Right around 400 calories

Lotsa water, hot chai tea, etc.

Smiling at Wallee's swift retreat from the other forum! Sounds like something I might have done today because I met my June goal and I'm feeling a little giddy!

Btw, yesterday supper was another Taco Bell Chicken Gordita, so I am totally happy with those things for DDs right now! Lots of tomato.

It's an UD now!

1/2 apple
omelet with bell pepper and onion
freezer low-cal meal for lunch
Supper is up to family - I will go along and just be careful
Dessert tonight is chocolate raspberry ice cream for sure

Dee, it's Sun Warrior brand. I use the vanilla Warrior Blend. I'm going to try the Rice Protein (also Sun Warrior) next. It's only 70 calories per scoop.

DD today-- going to try for 450, which is my actual recommended goal per the Dr.J website. (I usually go 500 to 600, but I think i can do this today for some reason):

Know what's weird? On my UD's it seems I am much more mindful of what I'd actually enjoy eating. Like, here's my day to choose, so please don't eat something boring or pointless. Eat yummy! I haven't had a reuben sandwich is so long, so that was my lunch and it was scrumptious! All toasty rye and crunchy sauer kraut! Mmm!

Dinner... I see pork chops on my grille tonight with buttery sauteed cabbage.

That's so true. I always try to eat the things I love on UD (full of fat and flavor )

DD in a restaurant

I just had to mention this, although I don't usually post my menu's here (I'm in the "Golden agers") but I had a meeting today at a restaurant and didn't want to upset the DD too much, so I checked on line on Mimi's Restaurant and found a treasure I had to pass along....it's their "petite wedge" in the starter's menu...a wedge of iceberg lettuce, chopped bacon, tomato and blue cheese for only 74 calories (without dressing, of course, I just used the vinegar)...so for about 200 calories I had the salad and a grilled chicken breast...lots of calories for a brunch. And my friend was not aghast at my meal.

This gave me ideas for my "at-home" DD's.
