Just finished my first week
AND I'm down 5 lbs! WOOT!! I was struggling to lose 1 lb every other week before JUDDD. Starting weight 147. Todays weight 142. I'm 5'5" and want to get down to 120..

Well done! I'm technically through my second week, but the week of the 11th was DOA. This past week went well, and I lost two lbs. We are off to a good start.
