Ready to respect my numbers again!

Well, I've fallen as much as I am willing (was I ever really willing?) to fall. So, after sliding ever-downward all spring and losing much ground, today marks my first solid DD back on JUDDD in a number of months. I have not been respecting anything close to my numbers...in fact, I haven't been keeping a very close eye on my calories at all the past few months. For whatever reason, I have just not been able to stick to a good DD at all. I know it's in my head, but now I'm back and ready to commit again.

I'm happy to see so many familiar BUDDDs still here and so many new (to me) BUDDDs since I was last here. I just wanted to post my official "Back on the Wagon" message.

Rock on, BUDDDs!

Glad you are finding your way! Even with a break from intermittent fasting you still have the amazing tools to come back to. Pretty awesome! And you don't have to do any crazy special shopping or clear the pantry or any other nonsense. I SO do not miss diets.
