Yesterday's DD turned into a MD because of a bridal shower, ugh! I have another tough weekend (foodwise) coming up but I'm going to do the best I can.

I'm keeping today as the regularly scheduled UD.

B - Kashi cereal & almond milk
L - Amy's mexican casserole bowl
D - Burger & onion rings
S - Zone protein bar & greek yogurt (if they're needed)

Day 2 in my 3-day rotation. I went a bit overboard at the party yesterday, so will keep today to 1600 cals.

B: 1 toasted english muffin (120), 2 fried eggs (160), 14g butter (100), 30g Double Gloucester cheese (115), 1 peppermint patty (45) = 540

L: 1 oz bagel chips (130); kipper pate

D: cornish pasty & sauteed chard

I hate trying to figure all the cals in a recipe and then figuring out my portion size. Oh well....off to add up everything in the pate and the pasties.

Wow, the majority so far seem to be on an UD today! interesting...

B: lower carb multigrain O cereal (2c for 220 cal) and 1c almond milk, and 2 eggs scrambled
L: 1 pkg shirataki noodles, 1/2c or so of jarred sauce, 1/4c parm

D: maybe up to 15 oz (!) roast beef, roast cauliflower, and some homemade lc/lcal ice milk (90 cal)

total as planned (and I did lower my UD number b/c of my newest weigh-in, but keeping my UD around 600 for a while, then I'll go down again...)

2063 cal
63g net carb

I guess us DD'ers don't like to think about food too early, lol.

I am FINALLY returning to clean JUDDD eating after sliding down a slippery slope all spring. My first solid DD in months is today. I'm glad to see so many familiar faces still here PLUS all kinds of new-to-me faces! Yay for new JIDDD BUDDDs!

Here's my plan for today:

B: half a cup of coffee w/ creamer (39)
L: bacon/cheddar chicken patty w/ a slice of tomato (144)
D: cheesy bacon chicken & cabbage (268)

Total for the day: 451
