L- 2 oz. Ham, cheese stick
D-sauted cabbage, onion and celery w/ 1 Tab. bacon, little soy sauce

First proper DD for me (supposed to be yesterday, but got derailed).....
B. coffee with cream. 79 c
L. panda express veggies and chicken 310 c
D. Coleslaw recipe with skinny cows and salami 190 c

Total of 579.... Bit over goal of 500, but I'll take it!
