L: Shrimp and mushroom omlette
D: Cooked chicken breast , cabbage, cauliflower and homemade cheese sauce (butter, cream and grated cheese)

No snack

Total cals = 1914, total carbs = 23g

Up day.

B: 1/2 toasted English muffin, 1 fried egg, 2 slices bacon, 1/2 c baked beans, 1 gingerbread waffle w/maple butter. (600 cals)
S - 2 small peppermint patties (90)
L-D: Have an engagement party to attend today from 2:00-5:00. I have about 1300 cals to spend there.

It is a great day!!!!

Today is a DD for me. Have to eat some breakfast because I can't sit in church with tummy growls.

B - Coffee w/hnh and 1tsp coconut oil
2 hard boiled eggs
272 cals (not counting the coco oil)

L - 3/4 c chicken salad w/almonds
279 cals

D - coffee w/hnh
zucchini bites and lean burger pattie
227 cals

I was starving when we got home from church! Seems like having breakfast made me hungry! I won't stay at 20% today, that's fur sure!

Dang, this is 778 for the day. That's just under my 30% number. It's only about 15 net carbs, so that's good at least. But maybe I will still have a loss tomorrow. I've just been hungry today.
