Success Stories

Is there a thread on here where Juddders that have lost weight on this plan have posted exactly how they did it it? I know it is different for everyone but I was just interested in reading some success stories and thought there may be a thread here for it that I am not seeing. Thanks.

This link might help.

How much weight have *you* lost doing JUDD....

Honestly, I think those of us who have been successful have just done JUDDD without too terribly many tweaks or modifications. It's a simple plan, simple rules, and so enjoyable.

There is no secret to success on Juddd. Stick to your rotations. Respect you UD and DD calories. Count your calories on both days, keep a record of everything you put in your mouth. Part of the beauty of Juddd is its simplicity. If you had written down what you were eating on your last DD chances are you would not have gone so far over. Hold yourself accountable. If you are feeling deprived, give yourself something nice that is non food like a mani pedi. You can do this!
