LOVE the picture!! How about telling us what you did to "shake" things up to start losing again?

I'm sure it will inspire and educate, which we all could use!

LOL! Ok, well, I just followed ya'lls advice

I tried to eat "cleanly" so I totally followed my rotations, and stuck with them.

In the last couple of DDs, i went up to 600 calories (maybe even more like 650 b/c I don't always count things like pickles and olives..)

I drank a ton of liquid-- which I had been slacking on-- including green tea (i like it iced with a pinch of splenda, ymmv), but also water and flavored water with Mio.

I started my vitamins again-- I had been slacking on those too, but I shouldn't b/c I include Chromium GTF, to help fight sugar cravings, and Tonalin CLA, which is supposed to help with fat metabolism (I get both from netrition but they're available a lot of places). Also a multi, some potassium at night, etc).

I tried to be a bit lower carb than I had been. I replaced the popcorn I was experimenting with on UDs with pork rinds and dip (sticking to my cals, etc).

I really don't know if any of the above attributed to my little whoosh, or if it was just time for it to happen, or what.
But I'm going to try to relax a bit, let things come/go as they should, and go with what I know. Maybe DDs will be around 600 some days, and I'll try 450 on other days. I did lower my UD total now that I'm down a bit as well, and that's working out fine, no issues there.

My experiments to bring back some carbs are pretty hit/miss. I had some cereal yesterday (lower carb, but not specifically low carb type cereal) and I was hungrier later in the day than I am with a higher protein/fat breakfast. So, I'll tuck that knowledge about myself away.

I do love popcorn, but I think it really needs to be a sometimes-treat for me, and not a every-other-day-of-the-week occurance.

Hopefully I'll keep the roll going-- that next "decade" of numbers on the scale is sooooo close!

Thanks to my JUDDD BUDDDs for support and encouragement! you guys
S.
