I had a .2 bounce this morning following my UD instead of my usual 2 pound bounce. I had an almost perfect UD yesterday. I was feeling washed out while doing chores so I came in and ate an apple with a little peanut butter on each slice. Made me go over about 100 calories but it worked to give me some energy to finish my day. So worth it.
Now I am anxious to see what tomorrow brings.

I stepped on the scale this morning and did not gain anything after my week of many UUDays I love that JUDD is so forgiving.

adillenal- that's great that you only saw .2 bounce

OMG you guys are all doing great! New lows, low bounces, forgiving UUADs- all great news!

I had a good UD yesterday. NO SODA. Came in at 1850 cals which is a little low but within range and walked 3 miles. I awoke to a 1 pound bounce to 201 so I have yet to see onederland (at least in 2012 LOL!).

Started today's DD with another 3 mile walk. Hoping I can see the promised land tomorrow.

TBLC - you're brave to weigh after an ud, you too Adi. I can't bear to do it, so it will probably be later in the week before I weigh again.

Today's plan is to run some errands, eradicate a bees nest that may be *inside* our bay window and stick to about 600 cal for dd this week.

Hi all - I am not on line much on the week-end.
I keep bouncing the same pound right now - no matter how good I am. Ah well, pretty soon the bounce will be down I suspect.... I know it coincidental, but I seem to lose better when I don't count so hard. Strange!

Terilynn- maybe you have more or less of something when you don't count as much? More or less cals, more or less carbs or fat or something.
Maybe the slight shakeup is what you need?

I had a perfect DD yesterday (liquids only ) and a .6 gain this morning. I have only gained once after a DD before. Probably had too mych salt in my lemon water plus I worked outside in the heat off and on. Today is an UD and I have it all planned and plan on staying on plan.

Drank 1 T of DE. Forgot about that. It is solid although I would not count it as food.

Had a perfect UD yesterday. No carbs is really keeping my cravings at bay. I walked yesterday for 1 hr.

Morning all - I didn't even bother to weigh this morning because I am retaining water something horrible. We have had 4 days over 100 degrees, and yesterday I drank ice water ALL DAY LONG just to keep cool --- not near as much that went in, came out.

Today is a DD and my mission is to do liquids only (coffee - water - lemon water) until dinner. I think I will be making a green chilli casserole for the family, so will just have a few bites of that if I can't make it until tomorrow. Might do a salad instead. I am very indecisive today.

My plan for now is... DD Mon/Wed/Fri..... Med Day on Sat....UP or Free on Sun... I know a lot of people don't like that... the ole, stick to the rotation. Seems that for me, it really doesn't matter -- SO, I'm going to do what I think is the easiest to LIVE with.

My next hurdle is to get back to exercising.... I just need it to COOL OFF!

Good Morning Buddds!

I actually weighed today (yesterday was a DD, but saturday was rather UUAD)... only .4 above my lowest, so I'm ok with that.

I have a fully planned UD today-- and I'm giving a new cereal a try, it's a multigrain O, from the "healthy" line that my local supermarket chain makes. 110cal and 18g net per cup. I had 2 c with some almond milk.
We'll see what the impact is.

Anyway, roast beef and cauliflower later, shirataki and tomato sauce for lunch, and NO SF CHOCOLATE

My main concern this week is that my friends are coming for the weekend, so 1) I have to stick to my rotation in the face of her being really, really judgemental and opinionated (we love her anyway, but she gets a bit hard to take sometimes), and 2) we are going for wine tasting/drive on Sunday. But that's my up day, so it's really just the DD I need to plan.

Ok, I should get some work done. Have a clean day buddds!

Still no soda for me and -- drumroll - I entered ONEDERLAND!!! That makes 5 pounds lost in June (if If can keep them off) which is better than the disappointing May loss of 4 pounds. Hoping to stay clean and lose another pound or two this week.

Gotta run back to the hospital so little time to comment back to everyone but you guys ROCK!!!

I forgot to mentioned that my scale showed 1 lb loss this morning
Today, I was able to fast again till dinner. I have noticed that once 2 PM passes I can easly hold till 5 PM.

Sunday was a great day and only had 1335 calories but then just maybe I did not count correctly!

Today is a DD and i had 941 calories, a bit over what I planned

Lovely, clean DD yesterday. My body insisted liquids only were not going to cut it. So for lunch I ate a head of Romaine (110 cals). Yes, I worked around the house nibbling a head of lettuce like it was a popsickle. Total cals ended up at 425.

I am bouncing down to and all around 140.0. Hope to be actually be there by the weekend.

Today I take my parents to doctors and have no idea what or when I will eat. Just plan to count cals as I go and stop eating around 1300.

Okay so UD1 wasn't sooooo good! But am looking forward to a DD tomorrow. I feel like I'm walking round in a fog - and I know it's because I've eaten too much food.

I'm trying to remember what worked in my DD before - and I think the problem is I've allowed myself to eat during the day - it's okay when it's necessary - but not just because I can.

Welcome MintQ8 - this is a great, supportive bunch of losers!

Day 4 with no diet soda for me and while I don't know if it has made a weight loss difference (yet) it hasn't been as horrific as I imagined. I drink ice tea and water w lemon all day and night as well as some flavored waters.

Adi - I am getting smaller bounces as well - but I will be happier when they are in your weight range! No bounce at all for me today so after my UD I am still in Onederland!

gotsomeold - love the lettuce idea, sometimes we just need volume in the stomach though tobelowcarber is fasting successfully. I play it by ear depending on the day and the stomach grumbles. Today I brought cucumber to work and have chicken broth and some greek yogurt if I get hungry.

Leonak - is 1335 your UD number ? I would be so hungry on that for UD but you are tiny so maybe you don't feel hungry on that ???

Sorenkkg, Terrilynn, and B Lou Who - hang tough!! We are going to lose!!!

I feel bloated and miserable today
BUT the scale is down 3 pounds. So now I am only up 3 from my last lowest weight. BAH

BLou-- i wanted to ask-- why fast "dry"? I'd think you'd get dehydrated? doesn't water flush out water you're holding onto (that's what I've been told, anyway).

DD here, doing well. I'm going to try for 450 cal... my last couple Dd were more like 600+, and I wanted to shake it up again. I'm thinking of doing that on UD also-- some 2000, some 2100 (my upper limit is 2197 or something), maybe a 1900, and then shake up my DD, 450, 600, go back and forth.

I'm not doing sodas either, but I do love iced tea. Especially with some caffeine on DD, and without on UD... I find a bit of hunger suppression from it, but I can't have too much b/c I get REALLY HYPER which DH doesn't appreciate

Anyway-- I went into the office (I usually work from home) and I'll have my first food when I get home, then dinner, and a planned snack, all for about 450.

Hang tough-- one more week to the challenge! I'd love to get under 240, but not sure if it will happen.

Had a clean eating UD today. I have added some fruits (blueberries) and had no negative reaction. I also managed to do 2 walks today (30 and 40 min).
Well, I almost ate all my UD calories and just found we will be going out to dinner with friends. Only have 200 cal left (I may have to go over).

b_lou_who- congrats of the whoosh

TryingJudd -nice on 4 days of no soda. I am sure eventually you will notice good effect from it

sorenkkg- I think it is beneficial to change the numbers up. I did this last week (well...I went over the numbers) and lost some weight.

MintQ8- I know that brain fog feeling. You will be better in no time.

Not doing the best today

I figured my UD calories should be 1540 and DD 770 ( that is at 50% ). But, but, but . I have gained 3 # this month and feel depressed about it.

So what did I do?? Baked chocolate chip cookies this afternoon and ate about 8 of them

Just had to confess

Maybe this is why I gained this month

Leonak- it happens. Don't beat yourself up. Also, my theory, restart on an up day. A clean one, but count, and get a win under your belt. Then face a dd.

And maybe when you do maintenance fully, consider a medium day? Avg your up and down, and do dd-md-ud.... Same calories on average, less deprivation?

I'm going to join in here for a bit. Your posts are very inspiring. This clean thing is all about the fake sugars for me. I didn't eat them before JUDDDing, and now I'm ridiculous. Didn't think it mattered until I realized that whenever I travel I lose weight. I come home, where the fake sugars are, and I gain, even with perfect calorie numbers. This morning my eyes look as though I've been attacked by a swarm of bees and I'm up three pounds. After a DD!
So. Man, I don't know if I can go cold turkey without setting myself up for failure, but I'm going to keep it reined wayyyy in for a week or two and see what happens.
Lots to learn.
