the problem is afterward : it's "la fęte de la musique" so we'll walk around town listening to live music untill morning... there might be beer involved...

breakfast - Glutin-free oatmeal with coconut oil, and a little bit of fresh cherries and blackberries chopped in.

lunch - frozen diet meal - have a couple to choose from

Supper - with my dd, her choice. I'll be saving 1,000 calories for that.

UD here-- my plan goes to 2089, so I have another 100 to play with if I want to.

B: 2 eggs, 2tsp marg, some dill, scrambled
2.75 oz leftover flank steak
1 slice super flax bread (100cal, 1g net) with 1T sugar free jam, 2T PB2 made with water

(I'm stuffed-- that breakfast is the # of calories I eat on a DD!)

water, vitamins, caffeine free iced tea

Planned
L: 1 bag of pork rinds, about 1/2c sour cream/mayo dip
1 slice super flax bread
2 servings (18 slices?) capicollo, mustard, maybe a bit of lite mayo, 1oz cheese

D: 10oz grilled salmon
2T lite mayo
1 serving of my "lite" creamed spinach (spinach, lite cream cheese, parm, butter, garlic)

Dessert: 90cal iced 10%cream + almond milk. Maybe a squeeze of SF Hershey's syrup-- 2T is only 15 cal!

2089 cal is the plan
37 net g.

D: 6 slices bacon, curry spiced pork tenderloin roast, thin-sliced ham, habanero green chili smoked chicken sausage

570 calories total. Hopefully I can stick to this as there were signs of ovulation hunger starting last night already though I didn't cave yesterday. If not, I'm prepared to go up to 800-900 calories today.

Is this (habanero green chili smoked chicken sausage) something you make or can it be purchased? It sounds heavenly.

Store bought, and it is pretty tasty and has a nice heat factor (especially for something with such clean ingredients). If you google "Aidells habanero green chili smoked chicken sausage" you'll see all the info directly from their site. I've tried a few flavors of their sausages and some are good, some just ok. This is one of the ones I like. Oh, and no soy! Just looked it up and this particular flavor is:

Gluten Free
Made with All Natural Chicken
No MSG
Soy Free

DD here. During the morning I had 2 mugs coffee, each with 1 Tbsp. half & half cream and 1 Tbsp. fat free liquid creamer. And just now I fixed1/4 cup dry oatmeal, cooked up in 1/2 cup water, sprinkle of salt and 1 Tbsp. 0-calorie Walden Farms Pancake Syrup (Splenda).

****** says 104 calories so far. I feel completely full and satisfied.

Daughter and granddaughter arriving in awhile. Everybody wants a spaghetti dinner tonight, so I'll cook up zucchini, green pepper, mushrooms, and onions in a separate pan, cook up ground beef separately too, spaghetti separately, and pot of tasty spaghetti sauce... then we can all dish up the amounts we want to put together.

For me it will be heaps of the low cal veggies, a bit of the ground meat, about 1/2 cup of sauce, and all that topping over a package of fried up 0-cal shirataki noodles.

I'll skip the buttery toasted garlic bread and do just fine.

I think they are at my Costco too but I can't remember what flavor. Oh, and it looks like the spicy mango and jalapeno flavor is at my local grocery store. Has anyone tried those?

UD for me:

B: Coffee w/cream, EAS carb control shake, 3oz mixed nuts/dried cherries
L: turkey roll-ups w/cheddar, ranch, pickles
Sn: coffee w/hwc
D: cheese stuffed chicken breast w/marinara, zucchini tots

Hmmmmmm... So far that's only 1614 cals but 60 net carbs. Need to add some cals but not any more carbs if I can help it.

garden fresh organic artichoke and chard in marinara with grassfed beef, maybe half cup org pasta if I want it. so full from lunch. defnitely a 4oz pour of pinot noir
maybe throw a low cal popsicle in the Zoku


got plenty of walking in, did my earthing for 45min, and now dying of thirst. bring on the water.
